HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER?
When you see an item you like, click on "add to cart" and continue shopping until you are ready to complete your purchase. Then, click on "view cart" to confirm your items. After you have made any changes and updated the quantities as desired, click on "checkout" to finish.
WILL I BE CHARGED TAX?
We are required to collect sales tax for deliveries to the following states: CA. The tax rate applied to your order will generally be the combined state and local rate for the address where your order is shipped. We are required to collect tax on shipping and handling charges where applicable.
HOW WILL I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN ACCEPTED?
After you click "Submit Order" an e-mail confirmation including an order number will be sent to the e-mail address which you entered on your order form.

WILL I RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION?
You will receive an order confirmation number at the conclusion of your order process as well as a confirmation email, including order number and an approximate total amount to be charged.
HOW DO I CHECK MY STATUS?
You may check the status of your order at any time simply by emailing CustomerCare via our contact us page.
WHAT CREDIT CARDS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Items are charged to your credit card when you submit your order. If an item is on backorder, your card will be charged and notified that your item is on backorder.
DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?
The Federal Government requires that we collect tax for items shipped anywhere within the state of California.
