HOW DO WE DETERMINE OUR PRICES?

  • Shipping and handling charges are determined by the merchandise dollar amount of your order before any deductions.
  • Not subject to special offers.
  • Charges are calculated before taxes.
  • All orders are subject to verification.
  • If items are backordered, the total shipping and handling charges will be allocated proportionally and charged as the merchandise is shipped.

  • Please note that the total shipping and handling charge will not increase.
  • All backordered items ship out via Standard Delivery.

    There is an additional shipping charge of $10.00 for orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico,Guam, and the Virgin Islands. Orders to these destinations will ship UPS Ground Shipping and cannot be expedited. Orders to APO addresses will also ship UPS Ground shipping and cannot be expedited, but will not incur additional shipping charges. Please note that delivery refers only to delivery time and not to the time needed to prepare your order. While most orders are ready for shipping within one day of ordering, some orders take additional time.

    EXPRESS DELIVERY

    Available for in-stock items only. Not available for P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. All orders are subject to verification.

    DELIVERY METHOD

    Next Business Day Express Add $17.95 to Standard Shipping and Handling Charges. Next business day delivery is available for orders placed by 10AM PST Monday-Friday.

    2nd Business Day Express Add $12.95 to Standard Shipping and Handling Charges. Delivery is available within 2 business days for orders placed by 10AM PST Monday-Friday.

    3rd Business Day Express Add $ 8.95 to Standard Shipping and Handling Charges. Delivery is available within 3 business days are available for orders placed by 3PM PST Monday-Friday.

    Please note that express delivery refers only to delivery time and not to the time needed to prepare your order. While most orders are ready for shipping within one day of ordering, some orders take additional time. There is no express delivery available for Alaska, Hawaii, or P.O. Boxes.

    CAN MY ORDER BE SHIPPED INTERNATIONALLY?

    We ship to all of the United States and territories, APO/FPO addresses and Canada. Some items are not available for export. We are currently unable to ship overseas.

    All orders shipped to Canada will be assessed the standard shipping charge based on the amount of the purchase and an additional $30.00. Orders shipped to Canada will be shipped UPS Ground with the exception of Northwest Territories, Yukon and Nunavut. Unfortunately, Canadian orders cannot be expedited. All of our web site prices are in U.S. dollars, and the credit card company will calculate the exchange automatically. Please remember taxes and duties may be assessed by Canadian customs and are your responsibility.

    HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY ORDER SHIPPED?

    Once your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail informing you that the order has shipped. Click here to login and check the status of your order.

    WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED?

    Your credit card will be charged when the order is made and shipping will be processed after payment is processed. You will only be charged for the items available for shipment to you, along with appropriate shipping and tax, where applicable. Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping. We are not responsible for typographical errors.

    BACKORDERED ITEMS?

    If items are backordered, the total shipping and handling charges will be allocated proportionally and charged as the merchandise is shipped. Please note that the total shipping and handling charge will not increase. All backordered items ship out via Standard Delivery.

    RETURNS AND OTHER SHIPPING/HANDLING INFO?

  • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
  • A credit will be issued as soon as we receive and process your return.
  • Please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.
  • Special offers may be subject to reduction by a return/exchange or cancellation.
