HOW DO I GET A WHOLESALE ACCOUNT?
OK so you want to order wholesale, well all you need is a clothing related business, a tax id number and a resale certificate. If you have them all then your ready to start a new account and ordering. Just download our wholesale application and fax or email it us. Or if your in the planning stages, give us a call our sales department at 800.949.9904.

HOW CAN I ACCESS YOUR WHOLESALE PRICELIST?
Once you have an account set up, we will send you a pricelist for all collections that are available for purchase.
HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?
Orders can be placed via fax, phone or email...once you open an account you will be able to place orders directly through us.
DO YOU HAVE ANY MINIMUMS?
We would say that 6 pieces per design per store would be our minimum. But honestly, we would recommend 12 pieces per design to really launch our line at your store. Of course you can definitely order more if you want...in fact we encourage it.
HOW DO I CHECK MY STATUS?
You can check the status by emailing our Wholesale Dept at wholesale@redlotusclothing.com or give us a call at 800.949.9904. Please allow two to four days for your account to be set up.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
We accept the following forms of payment without special arrangement: cashier’s checks, COD, Visa, Discover, American Express and
MasterCard. Company checks will be accepted only with pre-approved credit. Net terms will be accepted with
pre-approved credit.
CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?
Once your order is submitted and shipped we will notify you and provide you with a tracking number. You can always contact us with any questions. Our online system is in development and will have all the tools you need to track your orders anytime you need.
